I Need A Band-Aid

Who is going to be the 10,000 visitor at Shayna's? Perhaps you? Head on over there and listen to a song I like to sing along with. Chocolate is a band-aid...Amen for chocolate!

Well, if chocolate is a band-aid, coffee must be like the breath of life. Wonder what alcohol is me, horses are therapy, so that is out. Escape? Fun? Maybe it spells trouble. But, perhaps trouble is wisely spelled c-o-w-g-i-r-l.....;)

Off to go ride the horse I am showing in a hunter/jumper schooling show tomorrow. I always seem to fall into catch riding horses that I have never ridden before, let alone seen before. That could be eventful. (Horsey people catch the pun?). Oh, and Shayna, I am taking my schooling chaps just for you. ;) I have several pairs of chaps, so anytime you want to borrow them, just holler.

Ah ha! First commenter...since you've been beating EVERYBODY to MizB's lately ;)

OMG! That is an awesome list. Pardon my cheekiness, but I think I'm going to go down to the local arena and make some passes at the riders now...

ZenFo Pro - I KNOW am always first over at Miz B's lately. Glad to call you my first today. ;)

Just watch out for the divas at the local arena...they are worse than the normal run of the mill diva.

Barngoddess - Thanks, it should be an interesting adventure. The horse is pretty cool though. I'm riding him because he rushes fences a bit, and is far from a "point and shoot" hunter. But he is SUPER scopey and is A circuit material.

Thought you would like my list. ;)

Shayna, my sweet, mind/eye candy Shayna. I couldn't resist after the direction the blogs were going Friday. ;) Me, naughty? Is it that obvious? lol

came from wombat, who has a rare talent for finding the cream of the crop on the great interweb. great, great, great list! i said at his comments that "at the rate i'm going, i'd rather be the horse than the equestrienne. i'm too damn tired to ride. i would rather just carry all that weight." i would attribute this fatigue to playing around with toys as of late. i'm having my second childhood. heh. :)

When my wife and I were first dating, we saw a sticker on a pickup that said "got my truck, got my horse, got my dog, don't need a cowboy".
I went to pick her up one night and there was a new sticker on HER truck...
"Got my truck, got my horse, got my dog, got my cowboy"
